Using Sphinx on that monster project I mentioned last night at the JUG meet. If you really want search on your site, and it is a high-traffic site or just has really high-falutin' requirements, then Sphinx is for you. Very, very impressive. I'd love to see some sort of joomla<->sphinx integration, that one might be worth creating a project for on JoomlaCode.
