where the script adds the vars to the URL, you have to add in the Joomla vars 
for the page.  Someone would have to look at the code to see where it goes.

Sorry, I don't know how to continue a thread, but Scott, thank you for 
responding to my Jumi and php question. As I mentioned, I am not really php 
literate. Where do I check where a form loads?
The whole script is in one file, so would it be the form's action value which 
is the name of the script file? If so, I have tried using a variety of paths, 
including an absolute path to where the file resides as well as the path that 
the menu item creates. Can you give me more direction?
