I have an opportunity to bid on a Chamber of Commerce site.Has anyone
developed a Joomla site for a Chamber of Commerce? If so, What extensions
did you use and what features did it offer?Any advise or insights you can
offer or issues i might anticipate ?

At the May Joomla meeting, Mark Fragale presented on using Jom Social to put together a site for his local Chamber. You may want to look at that component. Otherwise, you may want to look at one of the CCKs (K2, FlexiContnet, Sobi2, JSeblod).
