If a website isn't being updated more than once a week or so, it seems
like a good idea to have cache on including the System plug-in built
into Joomla. I thought I read someplace that it might be a problem
with RS FORM PRO in terms of
performance, but I can't find it at the moment.
What are people experiences turing Cache on in Joomla? Is there a good
reason not to? Thanks!
