Hi Luke !

Sorry foe delayed response. 
I just wanted to make you aware of the problems. 
It seems you have already figured out all possible fault lines. I'll give 
latest jar a try and shall let you know if any problem arises.
I hope you'd keep an eye on Sakila for future releases as it seems Sakila is 
a good reference db for testing the generated source code ( at least for 
MySQL )
