Hi Carlos, Thank you for reaching out to us. There are two issues with jOOQ / Dashbuilder / MonetDB:
Unfortunately, we cannot prioritise any investments into a MonetDB integration right now. MonetDB is a rather rare database out there (Ranks 100+ on http://db-engines.com/en/ranking), and we don't expect to have many users for it using jOOQ as a standalone solution. Also, we've been in touch with Red Hat regarding their jOOQ / Dashbuilder integration. While the Dashbuilder team has been very happy with jOOQ for Open Source databases, our Open Source distribution does not support commercial databases. Red Hat strategically builds only on Open Source software - a deadlock situation which, very unfortunately, prevents their future use of jOOQ. They are going to implement SQL access in a different way.
