Customers of the jOOQ Professional Edition will be able to get a 3.13.1-SNAPSHOT version with a fix for that MySQL issue from this website here: https://www.jooq.org/download/versions
The fix for the jOOQ Open Source Edition is a bit more difficult. We're expecting a fix early next week, then we'll release 3.13.1.
