I remember we arrived with the school bus from the airport that term, must have been in 1985 not quite sure and was told that everybody had to be checked at the administrative block to be sure that we had all that was in the school prospectus for the term and then a notice was also placed that no one was allowed in with garri. I also remember that for the first time since i got into command in 1983 i had almost half a bag of garri that term, i decided to hide it outside while the check was going on inside the staff room, i was luck to get away without being catch then the next hurdle was to get it pass the perfects at the gate of the hostel i realised it was going to be a very difficult task so i hide it behind the assemble hall hoping to go back for it later at night. my friends and i thot it was a well thought out plan until.......
