Dear John, The convention planning committee is mandated by COJOSA-North
America to issue out letters of invitation necessary for visa applications for
intending international participants.
However, such individuals will need to register for the convention and request
for invitation letters if they need to apply for visas at the US embassies. We
shall make them available.
Registration for the convention will be a requirement at the embassies.(ethical
and legal issues) On the other hand, the 2 officials being invited from each
COJOSA chapter  and others who may play key role during the convention have
been granted registration waivers and hotel accommondation for 3 nights
provided for them. As soon as you determine those that will officially
represent Lagos chapter do please let us know.
Should you have further questions, do not hesistate to contact me. Kindest
Regards. Dr. Ugo Ben-Nwauzor (Class of 82)
