However, such individuals will need to register for the convention and request for invitation letters if they need to apply for visas at the US embassies. We shall make them available. Registration for the convention will be a requirement at the embassies.(ethical and legal issues) On the other hand, the 2 officials being invited from each COJOSA chapter and others who may play key role during the convention have been granted registration waivers and hotel accommondation for 3 nights provided for them.
