FINAL REPORT
At the end of the deadline for submission of Nomination Forms on the 29th of
November 2011, the following nominations were received:

2. Nomination for Vice President: Angela Agbayekhai (Nee

3. Nomination for Secretary-General: Olatunde Olawale A. (1991
Set)
4. Nomination for Assistant Secretary: <NONE>
5. Nomination for Financial Secretary: Kehinde Soje (Nee Babalola) (1993
Set)
6. Nomination for Treasurer: Umar Abdullahi
(1991 Set)
7. Nomination for Director of Publicity: Rexxy Nkosi Eni
(1987 Set)
8. Nomination for Director of Socials: Oyeniyin Gbenga
(1988 Set)
9. Nomination for Marshall: <NONE>
They all stand elected un-opposed.
TENURE: According to Article 9, Section 1, sub-section 1(b) of the Command
Secondary School Jos Alumni Association Constitution: “Officers shall serve for
a term of three years with options for re-election for at most once in a
particular office.”
Therefore, their tenure will run until September 2014 when another Election
will be held as stipulated in Article 9, Section 1, sub-section 1(k) of the
Constitution.
CERTIFICATES OF RETURN will be issued at a later date.
SWEARING-IN CEREMONY will be held in December 2011 at the End-of-Year Party.
REVENUES FROM THE ELECTIONS PROCESS
Amounts accrued from sale of Nomination Forms (sold at =N1,000 each): =N=8,000
Amounts accrued from the sale of Constitution (sold at =N200 each): =N=3,600
Total: =N=11,600
Total copies of the unsold COJOSA Constitution donated to the Chapter: 28
CONCLUSION
We congratulate the newly elected Officers of the Abuja Chapter and wish them a
fruitful tenure. We will like to thank the Abuja Chapter for allowing us to
serve in this assignment. Thank you.
