Hi As Martin suggested at the German mailing list (http://lists.openstreetmap.org/pipermail/talk-de/2009-June/046791.html) I post my question here:
Is there an option to disable moving complete ways in JOSM? Background: Most of the time I like to add a new node (little cross between 2 nodes) or move a node of a way. In 1 of 10 actions I unintentionaly move the whole way. This is not realy a problem because of the Undo-Function but it disturbing my workflow. Also moving a complete way is a very rare action (in my normal daily work). Most of the time I only move a groupe a nodes of a way because I don't want to move the connection with other nodes. Martin suggested to play with the setting "node.snap-distance" (I guess this is what he meant) but this didn't work for me. I think this setting will only affect real nodes, not the virtual (cross-)nodes. Is that correct? Any idear how to easy solve my problem? _______________________________________________ josm-dev mailing list [email protected] http://lists.openstreetmap.org/listinfo/josm-dev
