You do not get this information anywhere, (Yes, you can maybe read it somewhere
in trac's documentary). But for a normal user, its is not that easy, and still,
if I only want to cc: and I am logged in, I am only offered my email-address and
not my username. I always have to log out and then cc: to and login again.
