I am smarter as i thought... ;<)
I just inserted the revision number in the string [[TranslatedPages]] on top
of my wiki- edit window like this: [[TranslatedPages(revision=000]]

I understand that I should manually update this number to the revision number
in the german page to get rid of the change revision line at the bottom
of the languages ????

As my page lists @0-@109 and the german page is at 109
And the german page is just the newest of all at the moment ....

I understand also that if I need to update my own language help page,
that I also need to update the English page......., as this is the base for all.

Gert

Yes. This is completely missing.

Go to the english page, click edit, copy whole text, go to your page, edit and
paste text. Now start translating.

Add "(revision=xxx)" in TranslatedPages-macro to point to correct revision of
english page - Add 0 first, press preview and you see the correct number.

See other translated pages for references how to do specific things, e.g.
how to link certain images and the like.

As said lots of translators save partial translated pages (also to be sure they
don't translate for a long time and then the webbrowser crashs).

Note: You did change StartupPageSource - you also changed text of one of the
"xnl:"-entries. The x means outdated, so the english string has changed and the
nl needs to be updated. Afterwards the "x" can be removed.
There is one xnl: and one missing nl: in this page.
