How / when are mappaint-styles updated? I did some updates to the mappaint-style for maxspeed signs (on its wikipage on josm.osm.de) but I don't get the modifications locally. I incremented the version number from 1.0 to 1.1 (now I discovered that this was changed to "1.4_2011-09-22") and expected JOSM to download the newer version. Do I have to do something manually, and what?
