Maybe it is not such a good idea to have tags that are intended for a completely separate database in the normal JOSM preset repository; OSM users could mistake them for OSM tags and add them to the OSM database where things like airspace are not welcome (see http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Aviation).
