We can restore the sulfnbk.exe from Windows Cabinet files.
First find out Windows *.cab files folder in the computer using
Start -Find. (If it is not in the computer, use Win98 installation disk)
Click on Start - Run and type SFC (System file checker utility)
In the SFC window Select "extract one file from installation disk"
Type the file name SULFNBK.EXE
Click Start
In the EXTRACT FILE window,
- Restore From = Select the Folder of Windows *.cab files using Browse
-Save File in = Select or type C:/Windows/Command
Click OK
"The file has been success fully extracted" message will come.
