1. SYBASE - PERL
Core skills / knowledge required : 
Total of 8-9+ years of experience. Last 5 years of Java related hands on experience. 
The Sybase skills are in the area of development & DBA skills. The other technologies 
on the project are Java, JSP, Servlets. Knowledge of these technologies 
is nice to have but not a complete necessity. 
Has progressive moved thru IT leadership stages 
Database design skills are also a strong requirement. In terms of the OS, UNIX is also 
essential. 
Since this req. comes from the Equity Research Area high-end and in-depth Knowledge of 
Equities desirable. Superior technical skills required. 
This position also requires strong communication, Estimation and Planning and 
escalation skills. 

2. EPICENTRIC JAVA DEVELOPERS
Core skills / knowledge required : 

Strong knowledge of Server side Java skills like Servlets, JSPs, JDBC is essential, 
development & customization experience on EPIcentric in a MUST. In addition, essential 
skills include knowledge of UNIX & PERL(scripting on both), SOLID database skills on 
SYBASE (if not Sybase, at least very good concepts of SQL & RDBMS), knowledge of XML & 
preferably SOAP, prior exposure to the MS development environment will be a definite 
plus. 
Total of 3 - 5 years of relevant experience. 
Excellent communication skills, ability to interact with different levels of the 
client organization & within Kanbay, proven skills in leading small to medium size 
teams and most important - Knowledge of working in an onsite- offshore model. 


3. PB SYBASE CRYSTAL REPORTS DEVELOPER
Core skills / knowledge required : 
Extensive experience on Sybase, creating/maintaining stored procedures, triggers etc. 
Good Knowledge of working on Crystal reports, Web/ distributed Application development 
experience using the Sun platform, demonstarted ability to learn other technologies 
and meet performance standards. 
Total of 3 – 5 years of relevant experience. 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to deal independantly with 
different clients. 

4. JAVA PERL DEVELOPER
Core skills / knowledge required : 

Total of 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in Java Server Side, Servlets, JSPs, UNIX, 
Sybase, PERL (Knowledge of scripting), XML & preferably SOAP 
The person needs to be an above average programmer, a self -starter who can figure 
things out as he gets more & more exposed to the MS development environment. Knowledge

• Good knowledge of UML / RATIONAL ROSE / DESIGN PATTERNS / FRAMEWORKS 
• Exposure to UNIX AND DATABASE along with these technologies is desirable but not 
essential. Experience: 
• Over 6+ years of professional software development experience 
• Proven experience in Web site integration with backend systems and databases 
• Strong Consulting experience 

6. VISION PLUS 
• Candidates should have more than one year of experience in VISION PLUS / CARDPAC - 
CREDIT CARD SYSTEMS along with COBOL, CICS, JCL, VSAM with experience on very good 
projects
• Business focus in the Financial Services industry which includes Credit Cards, 
Insurance, Consumer Lending.
• Good Communication Skills with very good team capabilities.

IBM Mainframe Analyst: 
· Strong candidates with IBM Mainframe- COBOL, IMS DB, DB2, CICS, VSAM, JCL Skills.

· Business focus in the Financial Services industry which includes Credit Cards, 
Insurance, Securities and Finance.

8. Delivery Managers Technical 
Expertise: IBM Mainframe & Internet Technologies, CMM, SDLC knowledge 
Experience: • 8 years + of relevant IT experience (preferably in Financial Services – 
Banking / Credit Card Industry) 
• Ability to lead mid-large size teams. 
• Strong consulting experience and international background 
• Should have working experience as Project Manager for last three years in the above 
technologies. 

9. Quality Assurance 
CORE SKILLS SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE: - 
- Web based Functional and Performance Testing 
- Load Runner, WinRunner and TestDirector 
- Quality Assurance Testing Experience and Testing Methodolgies 
- Sound understanding of Web Development, Architecture, Server and Database

TECHNICAL ENVIRONMENT: 
Web Development
Experience: • 3-5 yrs. 
• SCOPE OF WORK To test web applications and portals for functionality, performance, 
usability etc. Write test cases, plans and also write scripts in Unix and Perl to 
automate tests alongwith usage of Automated tools like LoadRunner, WinRunner, 
TestDirector. 
JOB DESCRIPTION: The QA Tester will perform manual and automated testing (whenever 
appropriate) for various MS web applications and intranet/internet sites and will be 
responsible for testing software base on plans and cases designed by the Test Lead, 
test scripts
and matrix. and for the regression, integration and automated testing. The work also 
involves a lot of numerical and statistical analysis of performance data and 
presenting the same to client. 
OTHER SKILLS Strong Analytical and Reasoning Skills preferably with Graduation in

Desired profile - Manager 
Experience: 5- 7 yrs in IT
Mainframe & Internet Technologies, CMM, SDLC knowledge 
Skill sets: At least 2 – 3 yrs of knowledge on US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting 
Principles)
Good functional knowledge of Oracle financials
In Oracle financials General Ledger (GL); Accounts Payable (AP); Accounts Receivable

switches. He will be involved in all upgrades, new purchase. Also VoIP facility will 
be his responsibility. dayToday management ,changes in the switches will be his part 
of profile. He will have to co-ordinat within Virtual team members of Voice. Get the 
work done from Different vendors in any Geography. He will be expected to explore new 
technology options in VoIP and Internet telephony for cost savings in Kanbay 's global 
voice network.
