using the scriptlet:
javascript:(function(){$('object').hide();})()
on http://noteslog.com/personal/projects/metaobjects/1.5/example-1.5.html?case=0
in IE7 and FF3 $('object').hide() works as expected.
But metaobjects aren't applets, I know... :-|
