Good day one and all. Got an interesting little problem with IE6 and selecting a particular item within a SELECT box. It works beautifully in all the other browsers, including IE8, but IE6 is causing problems. JQuery 1.3.2
I have a very simple test in a single page you view here: http://jquery.pastebin.com/f4cde86cc Line#17 is where it bombs, complaining of object not found. Line#18, an alternative route, also complains of problems. This is an artificial example, but has been pulled out as a very simple example to illustrate the problem. Is this a bug in JQuery? What is the way I should be setting these values using JQuery?
