I could not agree more. I said *first* we need an url to the page with a problem and apparent solution. Until now we do not have it, so we are wasting everybody's time and energy, by guessing. My (personal) opinion is I have no time for visiting dev forum just to try and guess in order to help. Minimal precondition is code which clearly shows the problem, I guess? (pun intended ;) @Brandon Can we please first establish *if* there is a mem leak which is a direct or indirect consequence of using a jQuery clone() method... Then give me a Texas justice ;o)) "...I don't believe I've seen anyone else reporting clone leaking..." I have tried really hard, but I too can not convince google to show me any relevant text on jQuery clone() leaking?
