I was investigating this bug: http://dev.jquery.com/ticket/1745 and noticed that there is also a separate patch: http://dev.jquery.com/ticket/4850
I think the patch would deal with the bug, so the perhaps the tickets should be merged... buuut, what's the general feeling on supporting SVG documents with jQuery?
