Uhm, not really. Though after looking at your page again, it appears
like you've commented (disabled) the validation code, perhaps that is
the problem.
You should really consider taking your forms "apart". Currently step 2.
and 3. are in one form, while step 2. contains a lot of elements that
aren't validated (if I get that right). This maybe okay, but could be
interesting to improve performance.
