[jQuery] bgiframe broken by 1.1.3.1

I don't have a bullet-proof test of this yet, but it seems that bgiframe no
longer works with 1.1.3.1. 

Can anyone else confirm?

 

I don't know why yet.

 

I, for one, really need this plug in
