[jQuery] WYSIWYG Editing with Form Plugin

Hi all,

I'm having a heck of a time getting either tinymce or fckeditor to
load via ajax and then be submitted with mikes awesome form plugin.
Anybody got these to successfully work? Here my code that loads and
binds the textarea and form.
