[jQuery] Ajax/load doesn't load Google Ads?

Hi--

I am using AJAX to load a sidebar into my page:

  $('#side').load('side.html')

It loads fine except for the the Google Ad code that is in side.html:

Why doesn't this execute when loaded by the ajax load method? Is there
a way for me to fix it?
