Vlad, there's no simple solution for what you're asking. There are plenty of drop-down menu jQuery plugins, but you'll have to adapt one to make it look like you want. A plugin is not really necessary for that menu, however. Investigate how to use jQuery's slideDown and slideUp effects at docs.jquery.com .
