[jQuery] keyboard sortable list

Hello,
Im building an app that needs to be able to work with keyboard. Im
using jquery fot some of the things and i searched for a plugin with
exactly this behaviour,

but i can't find any plugins that do this. Are there any?
Or which existing should i use to get that effect?
