I'm pretty new to jQuery and have figured out how to make a sortable list update to a database using Interface for jQuery 'http:// interface.eyecon.ro/docs/sort', but I want to see if the same functionality is available with the jQuery UI.
I have most of the code completed I'm just stuck using the serialize function as it only seems to return a string for a form element. Can it be used to bring a list of list-items? Or is there an alternative function I can use? I'd prefer not to use Interface for jQuery as its pretty big in size. Thanks for any help. Dave
