Regarding your delay question: I intentionally made it so that hovering items with submenus immediately cancels any existing delay on other submenus in order to make the menu snappy and responsive. However, I recommend that you try adding the hoverIntent plugin as that will slightly delay the activation of submenus until the cursor slows down - indicating that the user intends to activate the submenu. Simply link to the plugin in the head element and Superfish will automatically use it. Joel Birch.
