Trap the load event for the iframe:

var f = $('#postFrame')[0];
f.attachEvent ? f.attachEvent('onload', onFrameLoad) :
f.addEventListener('load', onFrameLoad, false);
...

function onFrameLoad() {
  // do stuff
};
