[jQuery] Problem With FadeOut

This is my first project using jquery, and i also I'm newbie to
javascript. I Making a component for joomla using jquery, to make
slideshow. see

on local site the transition is okay. but when i uploaded to server
the transition become ugly..how can i fix this? i try to adjust the
speed of fadeIn/out...but still the transition buging me
