Using jqModal in a page with the Flowplayer video player. In Firefox, it works as anticipated -- opening a jqModal "window" covers (or hides, anyway) the FP object. In IE7, the FP stays visible (and operable) on top and, depending on where the "close" button happens to be, prevents the user from closing the modal dialog.
