[jQuery] jScrollPanel not always initializing in Safari

I am using jScrollPanel, and I have noticed that it does not always
get initialized when the page first loads in Safari.  If I refresh the
page, it correctly loads up jScrollPanel.

Any ideas why this might be happening?
