[jQuery] jquery is not defined (newbie)

I am trying to get datepicker plugin (http://eyecon.ro/datepicker/
#about) to work on a page, and I can't get it to work for some reason.
I keep getting the following 2 errors:

jQuery is not defined
datepicker.js()()datepicker.js (line 819)
[Break on this error] })(jQuery);

datepicker.js (line 819)
$("#inputDate").DatePicker is not a function
[Break on this error] onChange: function(formated, dates){

I'm positive that the paths to jquery, etc.. are correct. This is the
code I am using to call the datepicker:

Any help is greatly appreciated!
