Hi Mike, I assume that mark-up is copied from the generated source, not the original source, as it contains classes and elements that are added dynamically by Superfish.
There is the pathClass option which keeps the second level menu leading to the current page (only) open. If you set pathClass to 'current' in the options object you pass to superfish() then it should work given that you seem to have the class="current" on the correct li elements. Hope this helps.
