Is there any way to make the tooltip appear in a fixed position always, e.g. below and aligned left to a div above it, no matter what part of the div the mouse passes over? I'm sure it must be an option somewhere but I can't see where in the documentation (http://docs.jquery.com/Plugins/Tooltip/tooltip#options). The "map > area" example with 'positionLeft: true' is as close as I can find so far.
