Maybe (untested):

if('Navigator' == navigator.appName) {
    $(document).ready(function() {
        $('form').each(function() {
            this.reset();
        });
    });
}

Using $(window).load instead of $(document).ready would be truer to your
original code, but using document.ready would probably work better.
