Thanks Gildas, we are looking into a few MVC frameworks. I think the most interest has been in the soon to be released Microsoft version. I don't actually write a lot of the .NET/C# code, I work on the front end but I'll try and keep people updated with how it goes.
I am interested in MonoRail though, looks promising. I have been using Django in a personal project and MVC patterns in Flex for a bit now, and the design pattern is just perfect for web development.
