"Any idea how to get this plugin" - Load up Firefox and Firebug (which you should have as a JavaScript developer) - Pull up the page you link to above - in the "Net" tab on Firebug, go to the "jquery.spell.check.js" line - Right click the "Response" tab and choose "Copy Response Body"
