[jQuery] [validate] rules section problem

Hello,

I use validation code someting below. It works if I load that page
directly. But loading it from another page using $("#myApplDiv").load
('that_page.php') the rules sections does not work. But submitHandler
section works well.

                        submitHandler: function() {

                rules: {
                        fieldName {

                        }
                }
                });
});
</script>

Any suggestions?
