Seems to work and load just fine for me here.... Firebug shows all files as loaded and i see the Cycle plugin doing it's thing
have you tried using the "Net" panel of Firebug (if you're using Firefox) or using Fiddler if you're in IE to see what your computer is seeing/doing?
