Well your first problem is using GIF files for those photographs in the first place. Photographs should ALWAYS be JPG files, or PNG if you need transparency. You can really notice the pixelation on the back end of the Ferrari, and the sides of the yellow and orange station wagon.
But as for your issue, I see no problem with your slideshow in IE7. Which portion should we be looking at?
