Please see my previous mail, remove the comma at last
item - ie. the col model should be
colModel :[
{name:'id', index:'id', key:true, width:55},
{name:'cod_casa', index:'cod_casa', width:55}
],
and not
colModel :[
{name:'id', index:'id', key:true, width:55},
{name:'cod_casa', index:'cod_casa', width:55},
],
