Just to clarify that the logo is copyright of the jQuery project and can't be used for commercial purposes without the project's permission.
Sorry to have bring this up but if we don't clarify it, it can become a greater issue.
If it's just for a preso like at a BarCamp or something along those lines, that should be fine.
