[jQuery] maxlength with jQuery FCKeditor 1.30

i need help.

here is the problem

when i use jquery.FCKEditor.js

i want to add maxlength but i can't find where to add
this.maxlength="500";

this method not like oFCKeditor =new fckeditor("xxxx");
oFCKeditor.config['maxlength']=500;
don't work with jquery.FCKEditor.js

please help
