[jQuery] Tabs - Fade and Rotate

I have a set of tabs that I have gotten to rotate through via this
scipt:

$(document).ready(function(){
          $("#tabs").tabs({ fx: { opacity: 'toggle' }}).tabs('rotate',
3500);
      });

Does anyone know how to still control the fade in the toggle?
where do I put the millisecond count when using the
{ fx: { opacity: 'toggle' }}
