Having checked the source code, it looks like you're not even including the core and tabs ui.
For example: <script type="text/javascript" src="http://jqueryui.com/latest/ui/ ui.core.js"></script> <script type="text/javascript" src="http://jqueryui.com/latest/ui/ ui.tabs.js"></script> If you were to link direct to jquery. That may be why your tabs are not working properly.
