Hey there,
I don't think it has anything to do with the javascript here, it's
your CSS or HTML structure:
you've got DIV and P on the same level, and you must miss some float
or overflow property on some of your DIV.
Basically, your div with the "jScrollPaneContainer" class is not
pushed below by the blocks before it.
