You're trying to access the easing and lavalamp plugins at the wrong
location, so they're returning "404 page not found" errors.
http://www.glenhealy.com/jquery.easing.min.js
http://www.glenhealy.com/jquery.lavalamp.min.js
Make sure those paths are correct and try again.
