I saw your page showing the problem, but unfortunately have not hide time since then to dig in and investigate. It is not something I've seen before, so it's not a known issue/bug. I would recommend removing code (html/css/js) until you have a minimal test case. Not to put it totally on you, but there exists something between a simple dialog example and what you've currently got. That problem may exist in your html/css/js or may be a dialog issue. Or it could be a weird combination of the two. If you can reduce it down to a simple test case (meaning if any one thing is removed/changed, it no longer exhibits the behavior), it will help immensely in isolating the issue.
One other test real quick - try setting the autoResize option to false. I have a sneaking suspision that may be involved.
